REMEMBER:- -We will be closed on Monday October 9 for Thanksgiving Day.
ELECTION :-
At the membership meeting on September 12 a motion was passed to hold off on our elections until March 2001, with the newly elected taking office April 1st 2001 to coincide with our financial year which starts April 1st .
MEMBERSHIP DUES:-
Membership fees are due Oct. 1st, but in order to realign them as well, we will be paying $7.50 for half the year--Oct. 1- Mar 31/2001(6 Months). Then starting April 1st 2001, we will be paying our Annual Membership dues for the full year.
If you are attending activities at the Centre on a regular basis you are expected to pay membership fees.

HANDICAPPING:-
We are so pleased to have the handicapping of the building completed. Even though we were very fortunate to receive funding from the Trillium Foundation to pay for 90% of the project there have been extra expenses involved that we must pay ourselves which total over $6,000… . We would remind you that we are grateful for any donations. We are a registered Charity and are able to give you a receipt for income tax purposes ,
POT LUCK:-
Tuesday, Oct . 10th is potluck dinner. We are pleased to have special entertainment from Leamington Half Century Club --" The Musical G's" !! Bring your Favourite casserole or Dessert and join us for the fun. After Dinner you can Visit our V.O.N. Nurse, and then stay for a game of Euchre, which is always very enjoyable.
