ELECTIONS :
   Our  yearly election of officers will take place at our monthly  POT-LUCK on March 12. The bulletin board has forms for nominations for the offices of      President, 1st and 2nd Vice President , Secretary, Treasurer, and Directors. Nominations may also be made from the floor on Election Day. Winning            candidates will take office the first of April.

   EVERYBODY SHOULD TAKE A TURN  AT DOING SOMETHING !!!!

The Essex Retirees Social Club has grown in both size and accomplishments due to the dedicated work of our            Executive, the Boards, and committees.
These volunteers need our support and co-operation to continue growing. We need volunteers for all positions that will be open.
Members should realize the amount of work there is to be done to keep the place going. They should volunteer to serve on the Board or Committees.

    There are a lot of members who would   volunteer their help and know-how. If more members asked them to get involved or showed appreciation when they do things.
If members don't turn out to the
General meetings, the club gets to be run by those who are appointed,  by a small group, and the rest of the club has no say in what goes on because they don't attend the    meetings.
