ELECTIONS
Our Annual Election of officers will be held on Tuesday, March 13th after our Pot-Luck luncheon. Please consider getting involved by sitting on the Board as Chair of a committee, or running for an executive position. All positions are open, and need to be filled. If you would like to run, but cannot attend this meeting, please submit a letter stating your intentions. You would be required to attend Board meetings on the third Thursday of the month. REMEMBER for our Pot-Luck we ask you to bring your favourite casserole, dessert, Salad , or whatever, as well as your own dishes and cutlery. Tea or Coffee are .50 cents.
SOUP
We will have soup available for our members and volunteers at noon on Mondays and Fridays. This will be convenient for those delivering meals, quilting, playing cribbage, before drama or choir, BUT

Volunteers will be needed to clean up after. If you are not involved in other ways, maybe you can help with the kitchen one day a week in this way. Please let us know if you are willing to give it a try. If you want to stay for soup, please let the kitchen know the previous day so Diane can be sure to make enough. There will be a charge of #1.00 for this service.
MEALS ON WHEELS
Thank you to all who so generously helped deliver meals on wheels during February…. Ron & Gladys Skilton, Joyce & Keith Riddell, Delia Loebach, Shirley Stiers, Don Parish, Jean Altenhof, Phyllis Armstrong, Shirley Orton, Lily & Albert Hundey, Jack & Sidonia McIntyre. We are sending out approximately 15 meals on Wheels each day, (Mon., Wed. and Fri.) with 2 cars. If you can help us out during the month of March it would be greatly appreciated.
