   Happy Mother's Day

Quote of the Month :-We need people in our lives with whom we can be as open as possible. To have real conversation with people may seem like such a simple, obvious suggestion, but it involves courage and risk.

VON NURSE  Marcie will be here from 12:30 to 2:30 every Tuesday afternoon
for your convenience, and to answer and advise you about your health. If you have any questions about your diet, blood pressure etc. Marcie is the person to speak to .

POT LUCK DINNER :-
Our May potluck will be held on         Tuesday , May  14th at noon. Please plan on attending this monthly function here at the Centre. You will need to bring your own dishes and cutlery, and a favourite dish to share with others. We make special announcements, and celebrate birthdays and anniversaries.
This month we are also very privileged to have Fred Moore to entertain us. Fred is a professional musician, pianist, vocalist and entertainer. You may know his brother   Clayton Moore who is also very musical. Fred performs on a regular basis at 21     various retirement homes in Windsor and Essex County. You will enjoy listening to and singing along with Fred. Bring your friends and neighbours to join us .        Also we would appreciate some help with clean-up after our Pot-Luck dinner. If you  would be  willing to lend a hand with this chore it would certainly be most helpful.

MEALS  ON WHEELS
We extend our  sincerest  thanks to all our friends who continue to help us     deliver Meals On Wheels. Luke and
Laverne Reaume, Marilyn and Ron Bondy, Frenchie & Margaret Beneteau, Jack and Sidonia McIntyre,               Bruce  Foster,  Cathy and Howard      Martin,  Amy and helpers from         Community Living.

Friends from Essex Gospel       Tabernacle will help out in May.
We are always looking for people to help with this program, why don't you get involved and volunteer your time.
